Coach Fuelling/Wagner and I know that students are as busy now as they have ever been.  We do not expect kids to make every activity, but we strongly encourage running, lifting, agility workouts, stretching and core strengthening.  We would like for kids to make it to AT LEAST one day a week with us.  Feel free to contact us with questions.

We are looking forward to a GREAT fall season in 2017 and we welcome both our returning athletes and new guys who wish to join us.  As always, contact us as needed and help recruit for next year’s team!

We are also working to “upgrade” our equipment.  We would like to raise funds toward purchasing/repairing our tent and obtain portable “benches” for the athletes.  To this end, we are going to try to sell cups & tumblers as outlined below.

Cross Country and Track Fundraiser – Please see an athlete of this sport to purchase, or fill out the attached PDF and return it to a coach.

The fundraiser ends June 30.  THANKS!!

THE LONG RUN DAY DOUBLE

THE LONG RUN DAY DOUBLE Greg McMillanArticles CAN RUNNING TWICE ON LONG RUN DAYS SPEED RECOVERY?
