Teambuildr is for all Mt. Vernon athletes and students! It has been updated with various workouts, exercises, and videos for your at home stay. These workouts in Yoga for athletes, Body weight workouts, Circuit training, and Cardio Videos by Shawn T (Insanity Series). Please join us, workouts being March 23rd and end May 2nd.

If you have workout equipment at home and want the ability to have workouts that include weights, we can make individual modifications so you can get the most out of your workout.
