Once again the Girls Basketball and Volleyball Coaches are working to bring an exciting event to the MVHS summer camp line up! The young ladies of Mt. Vernon are being offered a chance to do both camps in one day and save money while doing it! Both camps will be held at the Mt. Vernon

ATTENTION ALL MV ATHLETES!!! FREE SPEED & AGILITY WORKOUTS Starting on April 2nd and running every Tuesday and Thursday of April and May we will have a SPEED & AGILITY TRAINER here before school from 7 to 7:45am.  We need you there!!! All MVHS student athletes are encouraged to attend!
