Three more Mt. Vernon High School athletes were recognized in the Pocket Athletic Conference this week. Coaches of the various volleyball teams could all nominate up to three players, however, they were not allowed to vote for their own players. When the votes were counted, receiving 1st Team accolades were seniors Brooke Jackson and Libby Steinhart.
The Mt. Vernon Lady Wildcats battled back from an 0-2 deficit to claim the IHSAA Sectional #32 title at Mt. Vernon! Mt.
